PAHER University proudly presents "Paci Chowpatty" — a vibrant student festival with live music, kite flying, food stalls, games and more. Students and staff are invited to participate by putting up stalls demonstrating culinary skills, science & engineering projects, creative art, and interactive games. Please follow the event guidelines and register your stall on time.

Steps of Stall Registration

(Follow carefully)
  1. Step 1: Visit the direct access to the URL of Paci Chowpatty.
  2. Step 2: Click on the Paci Chowpatty icon on the portal.
  3. Step 3: Fill out the stall registration form online (details to be filled carefully).
  4. Step 4: Complete the payment using the provided payment scanner.
  5. Step 5: Submit the form online.
  6. Step 6: Take a printout of the submitted form.
  7. Step 7: Get the printed copy approved by the Head of the Institute.

Stall Participation Guidelines :-

#Rule
1Students of PAHER University shall only be allowed to open or run the maximum number of stalls in this fete.
2A security deposit of Rs. 2000/- will be charged from the students out of which Rs. 500/- will be refundable.
3Refrain from any activity that disrupts peace, study environment, or University reputation.
4Avoid all forms of misconduct including any kind of arguments, violence, threats or use of abusive language, carrying weapons, gambling or betting in any form, use of intoxicant substances, or possession of prohibited items like consumption of alcohol, tobacco, gutka, drugs. Any kind of abusive content is strictly prohibited.
5Use of any type of fire crackers is strictly prohibited in the fete. Creating unnecessary noise or nuisance is strictly punishable offence.
6The student's coordinators/incharge of the stall should carry their own dustbins in the stalls as regards to cleanliness is the most important part of this fair.
7Attractive prizes will be awarded to the best stalls based on best stall decoration and maximum revenue collection.
8All purchases within the fete will be made through coupons only.
9Cash money will not be accepted by stalls; only coupons are permitted.
10The management reserves the right to approve, modify or discontinue any stall or performances on stage at its discretion.
11PAHER University reserves the right for all advertisements and promotional activities.
12Not to record or still any sort of disturbing content in the fair; if found the University will take strict action against the person.
13The University will place a performance stage platform where students can showcase their talent through singing, dancing, standup comedy, mimicry & playing any musical instruments; abusive content in any form will not be permitted.
14The University is organizing Lucky Draw Coupons - Surprise Inside! Keep this coupon safe; bring the Lucky draw coupon to the counter when the lucky numbers are announced.
15The University will provide the stall to the participants along with electricity, two tables and four chairs. The standard stall size will be 10 x 10.
16Stalls will be in discretion to the University decision.
